The Vallet House welcomes you to our beautiful lodging accommodations in Hermann, Missouri. By making a reservation you are indicating your acceptance of the following policies.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Our Policies are designed to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible and to ensure a pleasant experience with your fellow guests and staff. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Check-in is no earlier than 3 p.m. We can sometimes accommodate special circumstances, please call with any requests. 
  • Check-out is 10 a.m.
  • All rooms and cottages at The Vallet House are smoke-free (In-room NO smoking/burning policy enforced; up to $200 service fee)
  • Excessive cleaning and/or property destruction fees may apply for any damage or greater than usual mess that occurs during your stay
  • Payment by MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you need to cancel you reservation within 14 days of your stay, there is no cancellation fee. Under Special circumstances we can issue a
partial refund for cancellations within 14 days of your stay, please email call us at 636-283-0445.

We are unable to offer a refund if cancellation is within 48
hours of your trip.

Please call (636) 284-0445 to speak with guest house staff to make any cancellations.

 

REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method will be initiated within 5 business days. Refunds can take an additional 3-5 business days to process by merchant service providers.

 

DINNER POLICIES

Due to the intimate nature of our setting and the popularity of the dinners, we require all Vallet House Dinners to be reserved under your name. Any cancellations or reductions of this reservation must be done by calling The Vallet House no later than noon on the date of the reservation.

Failure to cancel reservation by phone will result in full payment of dinner reservation as agreed in confirmation. Our dinners are specifically prepared and cooked for our guests individually.

 

CHILDREN AT THE VALLET HOUSE

Well-behaved parents and their children are welcome at The Vallet House on a case-by-case basis. Every attempt will be made to schedule families and children in rooms suited for the optimal comfort of all guests staying at The Vallet House. We do not have child or baby beds or high/booster chairs and no room is considered ‘child proof’. All children require constant supervision when on The Vallet House property.

 

PET POLICY

We are unable to accommodate pets at The Vallet House.

 

LOST & FOUND POLICY
If objects are left behind following a guest stay, items will be collected and stored in a designated ‘lost & found’ container for a 30 day period.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not market or distribute any information about our guests.

 

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not store any card data beyond you reservation and stay and full card information is not viewable within our system.
